This is the optimal item to finish your Blacksmith leveling. Purchased with One SoH at 575 skill level in your faction city in Vale of Eternal Blossoms (Horde and Alliance. It gives two skill points per craft all the way to 600 at 5 Ghost Iron Bar per, requiring a total of 65 bars (Wowhead shows green skill at 575 as of post time, skill value verified on live).
