TheWoWDBI am wondering if you are not a blacksmith are you able to use Spirit of Harmony that you pick up to have a blacksmith create this for you by placing it in the "item will not be traded window" or would they have to use their own Spirit of Harmonies to create this? Any info on this would be greatly appreciated :)The blacksmith has to provide his own Spirit of Harmony's for this. They are soulbound.
