Apparently the Spirits of Harmony are used as currency for the blue ilvl 450 PvP tailoring patterns, sold by Esha the Loommaidenand Raishen the Needle, so don't go burn them just yet.
There appears to be no other use of the Spirit of Harmony for tailors, so if you otherwise have a gathering prof, you may as well burn them for more Imperial Silk.
