TheWoWDBImperial Silk now has a chance for Tailors to learn a random ilvl 458 PvP gear or ilvl 522 epic recipe.

When you craft Imperial Silk, you learn a random new recipe. Just keep crafting them, and they'll all come. You don't buy with the Silk, you just learn by crafting it.
BTW - this has been stealth nerfed to just over 12g.
