26% speed at level two.

This is godly for leveling up your small characters. Put it on a pair of white quality cloth gloves for example, then give it to another character when you're done.

+10 haste to head slot (Libram of Rapidity on Belf mask)
+10 haste to gloves
+20 haste to 2handed weapon (Iron Counterweight)

this gives +40 haste rate which is +104% speed increase at lvl 5 thru 12 where it starts to drop off. This is all on white label non-binding gear. I have used my superman set on 8 different toons now, and I intend to transfer it to a new server and use it more. The only reason I didn't do a Libram of Rapidity on the pants is because that would mean losing the Clefthide armor kit, and what lvl 1 toon wouldnt want +30 stamina?

A weapon with a speed of 3.00 hits at about 1.30 with this gear. I love it when people try to duel me, they only do it once (^_^)

This would be quite good on a 19 twink as it is 4,73% increased speed at level 19.
