According to our guild's alchemist with this formula, the mat quantities listed here are incorrect. He told me it is 30 Dreamfoil, 10 Icecap, 1 Black Lotus and 1 Crystal Vial. This agrees with information on Thottbot as well.
Second only to Flask of Titans in difficulty to obtain due to it's rarity in drop. Distilled Wisdom is found on the final boss in the Scarlet side of Stratholme, Bal'nazzar.
Useful for all mana using classes.
