TheWoWDBIn patch 4.0.6 they added this and a few others to the cooking trainer. So go to your friendly cooking trainer and train this. :)
Thank goodness they added them back. This makes cooking a little bit easier again for the horde players.

For levelling your cooking this is definitely one of the best 250-275 recipes, especially easy if you're levelling fishing along with cooking. At 275 try Baked Salmon
