Noticed that as well. Rank 2 is incorrect as well, says 20 Demonsteel Bar (Wowhead) while it requires 35 in game. And rank 3 requires 35 Demonsteel Bars (without the Stormscales). I'm gonna take a guess and say that, unfortunately, Wowhead is wrong.
