Mats changed from 6 Illusion Dust 1 Small Brilliant Shard to just 2 Small Brilliant Shards in 3.1.
This is a great enchant for anyone to get to their chest, unless they are a mage and going for the +100 mana.
The mats aren't that hard to find either, making this a very useful enchant that isn't too costly.
