TheWoWDBOccasionally you see this enchant on PvP dagger rogues, but i think most people would recommend crusader for mainhand and either passive stats or lifesteal for the offhand.
If you're an enchanter, this recipe is pretty rare and will cost a bit to pick up.

This is pretty good for rogue twinks that uses backstab and ambush alot.
after 9.0 I tested on an assassin rogue if Superior Striking or Elemental Force is better.
