TheWoWDBGood Lord, I can't believe nobody has mentioned this already, but...
Enchant Weapon - Mighty Spirit is better than this enchant in every way. Not only does it work on one hand weapons (where this enchant requires a 2 hand weapon), but it gives significantly more spirit.
The only reason you would go with this one is because you are cheap and cannot afford the mats or the recipe for the other one.

Some players recommend this enchant for druids on a staff with lots of spirit. When using innervate swap the healing items with this staff. It should boost the mana regen.
