The best and fastest way I've found to get a lot of this is to go into Sunken Temple, run up the steps to the left of entrance, and kill all the dragonkins. Once you've cleared all those you can run back down the steps, reset, and repeat. You also get a fair amount of rugged leather and dragonscales.
or you can just kill1 level 40-50 mob, your choice.
