Elixir of Frost Power

With my frost mag 32 lvl i usualy du 45-47 damage with blizzard. Elixir of Frost Power rises my dps with blizz till 50-51. So it is not like +15 dps to any frost spels becouse of Coefficients (Effective coefficient per 3.5s for Blizzard is 33.33%). But still it is nice bust in your solo or group dpsing :}
