The recipe for this can only be had during Feast of Winter Veil (Dec15 - Jan02)

Other than the novelty of being able to create one of these, or having the recipe for this, i can't see any other obvious benefit from owning this.

-The materials needed to create this are not holiday-specific so you can create these anytime you like,
-there is no on-use effect (it *would* be cool to have a 'throws snowball' on-use effect)
-Its low level
-stats aren't worth mentioning
-no special achievement associated with it

Unless you think they look remarkable (transmorfication) there isn't really any reason you'd want to go to the trouble of getting one of these.
