I'm really bummed they removed this cloak from the game. Back during Vanilla I wore this cloak forever with my Stormrage as a Resto Druid...it matched my set and was a good cloak...Now with Transmog out I really wanted to make this and transmog it so I could look like I did back in the day..../cry
FYI, on a vanilla 1.12 server today - the stats aren't the same. It's 48 armor, 8 stamina, 10 int, increases healing by spells and effects up to 42. Requires level 57.
If anyone needs this for transmog i can make it on mal'ganis server wisper twinkiezz
