This mount was dropped by Bloodlord Mandokir prior to 4.0, and is no longer available in game.
(As of 5.0, all mounts are now account wide and you'll be able to access this mount on any character, if you possess one on any other character)With patch 4.1 and the new Zul'gurub instance, Bloodlord Mandokir will now drop [item=68823], another colour variation on the Armored Raptor mount model.
This now available in Draenor Black Market. Last bid was around 100k gold or so.
