Gurubashi Mojo Madness

This recipe is located in Edge of Madness (in Zul'Gurub) on the big tablet on the wall; if you're rogue/druid you can go there on your own, otherwise you need to clear some parts of the room.

Blood of Heroes is in WPL/EPL, on ground, random location; doesn't show up on mini map (it used to do so afaik), but it's bigger nowadays so you can notice it quite easily

Massive Mojo and Powerful ones are random drops in ZG

Black Lotus is herb from high level areas (Burning Steppes, Winterspring, Silithus, Plaguelands etc.), quite rare and sells for 10-15g on AH

Now from these reagents you create 3 pots, you use one to summon boss in EoM, he doesn't disappear when you wipe, but I'm not sure if he disappears if you come back next day (w/o instance reset).

Post-Cataclysm NOTE: This item is no longer available in the game due to changes caused by 'winning the war' against the Lich King and making decisive victories in both Eastern and Western Plaguelands. Banked versions of this are now grey and should be safe to sell/destroy.

This item initially was used to make the [item=19931] in the formerly low-level Zul'Gurub raid zone for outside quests. If you still had this quest it either was reset with the zone changes or may be broken and still listed in those rare few people who had this quest on old characters. The listed [item=12938] reagent skill for [item=21780] was only created in Beta to test the new profession of Jewelcrafting. It never went into live servers.

When you drop a profession, you will unlearn everything. So choose carefully.
