TheWoWDBThis pattern is arguably the most cost-efficient means to craft Large Brilliant Shard. The Rugged Leather/Hide is easily obtainable by a Leatherworker/Skinner, and the Essence of Fire has a high drop rate in Molten Core and thus is often cheaply available on the AH, or easily farmed. Each bracer disenchants to a guaranteed Large Brilliant Shard, possibly more with guild perks.
