Very useful for mage running SFK, since at those levels, arcane spec is nearly useless, and worgen in SFK and silverpine have high frost resist. Fire-spec is neccessary.
If you're a fire mage, this is actually cheaper then getting 20 spellpower to gloves! Of course, you lose the healing and any other class of magical damage but if you're a fire mage that honestly doesn't need the arcane or frost damage, this is a pretty good choice I think!
