Why bother? I had literally hundreds of these things and there is practically no demand for them as they aren't needed for very much (not enough to make it worth auctioning them).
The vendor price of Heart of Fire is 4 silver. The vendor price of Elemental Fire is also 4 silver so by doing this and then vendoring I tripled my money. I didn't make a fortune but 100 hearts would have vendored for 4g and I got 12g.
As a Transmute Master I got no additional procs and no discoveries.

Those are transmutes (mostly) between 'Essences', not 'Elemental' reagents like the one in this page, recheck the spelling.
