Soulcloth is needed to craft the following items with tailoring:

1.Soulcloth Shoulders - pattern (skill 365) http://www.wowhead.com/?item=21903 BoP drops ~0.9% from Phantom Attendants (inside Karazhan)
2.Soulcloth Vest - pattern (skill 375) http://www.wowhead.com/?item=21904 BoP drops ~1.3% from Phantom Valets (inside Karazhan)
3.Soulcloth Gloves - pattern (skill 355) http://www.wowhead.com/?item=21902 sold by either:
-Borto (alliance) http://www.wowhead.com/?npc=19017 limited supply
-Mathar G'ochar (horde) http://www.wowhead.com/?npc=19015 limited supply

Both Borto and Mathar sell the pattern for Soulcloth (skill 345): http://www.wowhead.com/?item=21894 , but it can also be purchased from Deynna (horde) http://www.wowhead.com/?npc=16638 or Neii (alliance) http://www.wowhead.com/?npc=16767
All limited supply, i dont know the cooldown.

Arcane resistance gear is useful for Karazhan just like FR gear for MC.

6 pieces of Netherweave Cloth: (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=21877)
-Drops off level 60+ Mobs

Turn the 6 Netherweave Cloth into one Bolt of Netherweave

8 Soul Essence:

Soul Essence drops off mobs in Karazhan.

Starts out yellow when you learn it at 345 skill.
Becomes green at 350 skill.
Becomes grey at 355 skill.

Took me 25 bolts to get the ten skill points it can give. Good if you (like me) have an alt with 345 tailoring and lots of Soul Essences in the guild bank, but otherwise not really worth the effort.
