TheWoWDBI've a PvE'er and I find this helpful. Great for large instances where I'm constantly making soulstones and using Shadowburn. Makes it so I don't have to remember to use Drain Soul.

As of some 4.0, due to the removal of soul shards, this became an ordinary 20 slot bag. It is easier to make than the mooncloth because it requires 6 cloth instead of the 8 required for the mooncloth bag.
These no longer hold JUST soul stones since the 4.0 patch. If you happened to have a lot of outland mats just laying around they're a nice cheep 20 slot bag for alts vs the newer bags! :o
