Still trying to find this recipe since trainers no longer teach it, legs, chest, etc

EDIT: Apparently you just "learn" it when you hit 40 skill, which was a bit odd. it and several others. Now ,in a normal setting you would need this ASAP, but with bandages being tailor based now, getting to 75 is simple. The downside is if you pair with enchanting...you still need to spill out 50-60 of these to DE :)
