Not the best for any class? Not true. Feral druids benefit from a 2-hand with agility just fine. Repurposed Lava Dredger with +25 agility is quite good for cats and bears both. Plus, no need to worry about it not working as well after level 60.
No enchants on ranged weapons. You can buy scopes that add damage (or other goodies) from the AH or an engineer.
