Great Sea Ray

I fished this mount up on a little island off the shores of XIBALA. Coords are 31.6, 85.4 .I'm not sure if it matters but I was actually fishing at night for Midnight Salmon and was standing on the water a few feet from shore using the [item=133755] . I have maxed fishing and caught this after 48 casts. Getting this mount also gives an achievement Catchin' Some Rays. Great fishing spot for the amazing sunset alone! Good luck!

**Update** I fished two more of these up in the same spot minutes apart. It might be worth mentioning that these can be sold but if you farm them you can only have one in your bags at a time.

**Second Update** The drop rate seems to be ninja nerfed as its taking over 3200 casts or more now.

I fished for this mount all day in open waters around the BFA zones and didn't get a hit. Based on the info from the Beta, it seemed like people were catching it any open water. But since I wasn't having any luck, I re-read the item text and it said it can be caught "in the ocean." So I water-walked out into the ocean until the territory name flashed on my screen "The Great Sea" and sure enough, I caught it within 13 casts. Could be coincidence but I suspect the drop rate is best in the actual ocean, not just inland coastal areas.

I'm really starting to believe this mount is just a myth... I've fished for so many hours off and on I have lost track... never once have I ever fished up this damned elusive mount.
