This is the best enchant for prot pally single target dps. For multi target dps, obviously the shield spike is better, but in my dps gear I only have ~5.5% chance to block which equates to less than 1 block per fight. This adds 18 dmg to shield of righteousness which I'll use at least 2 times a fight.

And if you were wondering, aoe grinding doesn't really work for a lot of dailies, so even prot paladins have to kill single mobs sometimes.
