This is an outstanding potion for use on The Curator during his evocation phases
A perfect Example where potions like these are using during raid fights would be Moroes (in Karazhan). You start the fight by burning down a couple adds, and shaving a few seconds off each one easily save people lives, and leaving more healing mana for later, when it is really needed.
