This is an extraordinary belt for leveling. It's reliably yellow all the way to 375, the primals are the two most easily farmable ones, and khorium is not subject to the same consistently brutal pricing as the other high level ores. With shards being worth what they are now, the net cost of making one of these belts (and thus of 1 level of BS) is around 40g on my server.
