Awful mace for the mats, 2k for the pattern over 1500 for the mats? raid/arena and youll get a beter healing peice for a hell of alot cheaper

was changed in the recent patch (2.07), +17 heal was added

untill next patch only 2 primal nethers are required, however next patch (black temple) 4 primal nethers are going to be required
