In order to even make one of these, you need to become honored with a random faction in order to buy a recipe for an item you can make once a day (of which you need 3) to create a trinket that has 169 Item level... where other professions can forge 200 ilvl trinkets and sell them to be used by anyone...

Blizzard had a massive oversight with this trinket. Hopefully it will get a major adjustment soon.
Requires Shadowlands alchemy 100 to equip yet it requires 175 skill to craft and Bind on pickup. That plus the 165 or 169 max level is so dumb.
