Is there any way to get these reloaded after the 10 charge are used up? Otherwise this is not worth the mats...
there isn't. but +5 weapon damage is HUGE for rogues and fury warriors who like fast weapons. With a nice fast offhand, slice and dice and blade flurry etc etc, that +5 weapon damage is like +5dps, maybe more,and that's pretty big for one slot. The hit rating helps lock it in too. A bit of stam would have rounded it off nicely, but it's still good, and with it's price generally being low, one could see it as a pretty cost effective way to buff the party for tough instances and raids.
