A question on this item: The information reads "10 charges." Is that over the entire life of this item? That seems pretty lame if I only ever get to use it 10 times...
Yes, this is over the entire lifespan of the item. You cannot recharge it either. If the item has zero charges left, you can still wear it, but the "Use:" effect is unusable.
