That amount of mp/5 makes this one of the best raid healing trinkets available early on for JCs. Keep your +healing trinket for trash, but add this to your boss fight gear.

A very nice trinket for any caster, however I would say that this item truly shines on a Holy Paladin, seeing as they have no spirit on their gear, and very little mana per 5.
There are lots of classes with over 200 mp5, me being a druid would know. Enough of that battle, basic principal is that its for any class who could use more mana regen, which is any mana base class.
