Okay, now if you are wondering how do you get 350 to create this Outland pattern, when Outland only allows leather workers to get a max of 75/75 skill, do not worry. The 350 must be an old left over from days long gone. I do not know the exact Outland level you need to start crafting them, but I created these at 75/75 for an alt; you can ignore the 350 requirement.
