Frost Oil

Frost Oils are used for Viscidus in AQ40. He turns into an ice cube after a certain amount of frost hits and the frostbolts from this oil count towards that freeze.

For those of you interested in actually using this (I made a lot of it to grind up alchemy, and its not selling on my server, so I use it pretty frequently), it procs pretty often. Usually once or twice in a fight (sometimes more). When it goes off, it does about 40-45 damage (cold, obviously) and slows the target's movement speed (not attack speed) by 40% for a brief amount of time (not totally sure on the duration, maybe 6-8 seconds). It can be a nice little bonus, but getting a sharpening/weight stone would probably add more dmg.

Oh, and it adds a nice blue glow.

It took 7 minutes of whacking away with the oil equipped, but I can confirm that even in WoD, this method works!
