TheWoWDBSome recipes that you get from daily Outland cooking quests require 300 cooking skill points. And the recipe that you need to cook Crunchy Serpent requires 335 cooking skill points. In case anyone was wondering why, I think the reason is that the Blade's Edge Mountains are higher in level than Terokkar Forest and Nagrand so they might have expected your cooking skill to have gotten higher by the time you get to Blade's Edge Mountains.
