I have made several of these elixirs with Master of Elixirs. And I have not received one proc to get an extra elixir.
Has anybody else experienced this? Do the Fel Elixirs not proc at all?
I've also been noticing that even with other elixirs, I've been yielding FAR LESS results with extra procs.. :(
Elixir Mastery seems useless now.
Why would potion mastery proc off of an Elixir?
