TheWoWDBWhen I use it, my debuff message says that damage is -25 but healing is -50. I also tried two in one long boss fight just to see if the debuff stacks, which it does, and I had -50 damage and -100 healing indicated. So this might be mislabled.

The trick to these seems to be the Alchemists Stone. 3200 mana is nice, but 5k is awesome
The absolute best mana potion for Hunters. The massive amount of Mana back, and the debuff affects no hunter abilities, except your serpent stings and your traps, which in 2.3 are going to be based solely on RAP. So if you're a raiding hunter, you should be using these instead of Super Mana Potions.
