Obviously useful for PvP Elemental shamans. Not too bad for warriors either for when they get focus fired in 5v5. 18 stamina would only add to max (not current) health, whereas the 12 resilience kick in as soon as you swap to 1h + shield, adding some protection against burst damage.

Enchanting:

* Enchant Shield - Resilience now requires a Runed Fel Iron Rod instead of a Runed Adamantite Rod. "

(edit - supposed to me in reply to hardok and Xale)

Same deal for Enhancement. We're usually switching a shield on in the middle of a fight, whether it's from focus fire, a stun-heavy rogue or to buy our healer a few extra seconds. A shield macro can really make the difference in surviving a match. The 12 resilience is lot more valuable than the stamina since we don't generally start matches with a shield on.

I'm honestly looking to get this done on my holy paladin who was at 249 resilience before the patch, but is down to 214 now (no more 2x 35 resil bonus). 12 int vs. 12 res... well, I have seal/judgement of wisdom and blessing of wisdom to regen mana, but I can't regen mana if I'm dead, eh?

This is widely suggested as a way to skill-up Enchanting from 335-340 as the cheapest method. Because of this, you will often see scrolls flooding the market for less than a gold as everyone scrambles to recover just a little bit of their investment.

Contrary to those test realm patchnotes, in-game it requires a Runed Adamantite Rod, it says so in the tradeskill window, and I am unable to do the enchant without it. The funny thing is that the Runed Adamantite Rod (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=22462) requires Enchanting 350, making this recipe pretty much useless untill then.

Is there anyone that has this on their 29 twink's Marbled Buckler shield? (Not really sure if it matters on what class, but in my case, a pally). I'm just wondering how much of crit and crit chance reduction this does for a 29 twink.
Thanks,
Zeta91
