A good place to grind for http://www.wowhead.com/?item=35562 is at http://www.wowhead.com/?npc=8958 , since they are lower lvl, and got less hp then the bears in winterspring (many say in winterspring it's a great place to farm those) so try grinding at those if you got cooking.
PS: You can easier find most of them in northern FelWood, and they got fast respawn rate.
This recipe, for Alliance, can be bought from Malygen at the northern flight point in Felwood.
