MageAs of 17-Sept-2012, this spell takes you to a place above the new crater in Theramore, IF, at this point, you have completed the Theramore scenario. Those who haven't may still see old Theramore.
Fall damage for now. Expect this to be fixed soon.
For fun: Cast portal for Theramore at the spot where you land and click as fast as you can to beat the fall damage. Now you're thinking with portals!

The trainer is called Ysuria She is on the ground floor of the main tower at 66,49. Both the teleport and portal skills require level 35.
Interested to know what will happen to this in MoP with the rumors of destruction of Theramore.
