As an Transmute Specialist, I was able to learn/discover 7 of the eternal xmutes. Twice as much as i did in TBC. Not sure if these results are common.
Was also able to discover xmutes from Titanium xmute as well as other Eternal.
Not true. You can also get them from transmuting saronite into titanium with a lower chance of discovery.
