And just to add what it is again, it is a very fast mount that will carry 2 people.
Edit: According to Valnoth (Blue poster on the official WoW forums) it is 5 gold on the beta so it can be tested. Once it is finished, it will be an engineering created mount. However, it will not require the engineering skill to own or use.
