TheWoWDBCharles Worth in Dalaran isn't offering this at 390; it's trainable at 410.
Was hoping it would be an alternative to the Mystic Frostwoven pieces that require the Northsea Pearls (which in turn require grinding for Winterfin Clams), but I guess I'll have to go with the yellow patterns for 390-395, after which the Duskweave patterns become available.
