you can't equip more than one. you can only have 1 soul bag. I know because I tried to use a 20 slot and a 28 slot once.
As far as I know you can atleast use two 28 slot (Ebon Shadowbag) ones, as I'm using that for raids, but I'm unsure about the 32slot, but why would it work any different? But now you realy don't need asmany shards per raid as you won't realy get stuck on a boss for hours without any chance of gathering new ones, so I wouldn't spend my time on making more than one...and if I need another Soul Bag I'll just use one my 28slot ones.
