TheWoWDBIt actually works a little differently than that. It "replaces" an item from the lower level green set. I think that's a new feature for the profession sets in WotLK. So you would wear the two blue pieces and one green to get the bonus. I do wonder if it's really worth taking a low-level green item for just an extra 26 spellpower.

Strange enough there are Dark Iceborn leggings and a chest, but no other gear- evenif it is labelled as a set of 8. Set bonus is from 3 items, so no chance to get it...
