It's not too bad if you use the new(ish) disenchant feature in random heroics to get enchanting mats, if you keep a stock in your bank you don't have to worry about buying mats, just offer a tip to the enchanter and there you go.
Its not that bad. If I was gonna not get the 44 ap one then why bother with the 35 ap one? You could get +15 strength and have 30 ap that would scale to 33/34 ap with kings and be close to the 35 ap enchant and be cheaper. Easier to just get 44 ap. As Judgmental said you should have plenty of enchanting mats just from doing instances anyway.
