I think this has been changed. I just bought mine (the "recipe"/skill to make it) from the trainer in Vengeance Landing, and I'm only friendly with the Hand of Vengeance. I got it at 410 Tailoring skill and cost something like 12G + 50S + some copper. (I glanced briefly, then came on here to read and see what the comments on it were and noticed the discrepancy.)
Not quite sure what the conversion is, but I KNOW I didn't get a 62G 50S discount for just being friendly. ^_^ My guess is that they've lowered the cost.
Just letting people know.
Am I the only one was sees the disconnect with this? It requires level 410 in tailoring to make, which requires you to be level 65 to train to be able to make tailoring items up to level 410.. but the carpet itself only requires level 60 to use. WTF? Something wrong here..
