total amount of stamina=428
total amount of frost resist=286
As you can see that doesnt add up too the recomended 300 frost resist for saphiron and kel thuzad but dont worry too much because more than likely you will have a druid or a palladin in your group, if not mages you can make up for that loss with the resistance bonus from mage armor. I hope everyone finds this usefull in some way ty.
