I was checking if anyone had posted the exact mats needed so I could slack but nobody had so I will do it :)

You will need :
6 Runed Orbs, dropped in Ulduar or bought at Conquest Vendors.
10 Spellweave: 20 Eternal Fire, 10 Bolt of Imbued Frostweave(20 Infinite Dust, 20 Bolt of Frostweave[100Fostweave Cloth])
10 Ebonweave: 20 Eternal Shadow, 10 Bolt of Imbued Frostweave(20 Infinite Dust, 20 Bolt of Frostweave[100Fostweave Cloth])

So the mats needed all in all will be:
6Runed Orbs
20Eternal Fire
20Eternal Shadow
40Infinite Dust
200Frostweave Cloth

Go ahead and correct me if my calculations sux. :)

And this belt is BiS for a Fire/TTW mage so if you get the receipe make sure raiding firemages know you can do it!

Complicating this a little further - the tailor's specialization can mean you only need half the stated mats for that kind of cloth. Additionally, as of 3.3.3, you can buy the runed orbs from Frozo in Dal for 4 frozen orbs each. So the mats can be restated as: If tailor is spellfire specced: 24 Frozen Orbs 10 Eternal Fire 20 Eternal Shadow 30 Infinite Dust 150 Frostweave Cloth If tailor is shadoweave specced: 24 Frozen Orbs 20 Eternal Fire 10 Eternal Shadow 30 Infinite Dust 150 Frostweave Cloth If tailor is mooncloth specced: 24 Frozen Orbs 20 Eternal Fire 20 Eternal Shadow 40 Infinite D
